I think my scale is off-- but it is the only one I have so I must input that wieght. Idon't think it is right, but it might be. Fuck, I don't know! Frustrated. But at least I can keep weighing in at home. At least.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! I agree that your home scale is probably less accurate than your doctor's scale. Home scales are notoriously inaccurate. But you definitely didn't gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I promise. Unless you ate 35,000 calories more than you burned :) Are you eating huge bags of donuts when nobody is looking? No? Then you're fine :)
