Well, its been 5 days now and i did ok except for yesterday when i snacked after supper on cookies and potao chips. i felt hungrey and i grabbed the easiest things. ive been sick all week so excercise has been none existant. when i can shake this bug that will change. overall, im happy with the 2 lb drop considering the level off sacrifice ive made. it really wasnt a difficult week dietary wise.
