Over this last weekend a good friend of mine offered free Garth Brooks tickets for my wife and I. We over celebrated and all of the good weight losses from the last two weeks were reversed. I did keep up with my tracking though, so that I can know exactly what foods I shouldn’t have eaten. After working so hard over the last year and a half, it is really surprising how easy it is to over indulge once you realized your goal weight. I will keep tracking and I will keep working to get back to that goal weight.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
