OK momma!! time to get back on the horse!! I almost think even if you just start nutrisystem again, it'll be something to get ya going in the right direction. or if you plan out your meals for a week (I'd love to help - if ya need it!!) in advance, make it simple, and follow it. I'm not trying to nag, just want to help motivate and keep ya on track! and use that sit-up chair!! LOVE YOU MOMS!!!
