Weight Loss for Idiots
Has anyone heard of the website/diet "Weight Loss for Idiots", or "Fat Loss for Idiots"? Flattering name, I know. My mom came across it and is two days into it (with good results) and I'm just wondering if anyone else knows anything about it? The website felt kinda like a scam, and I couldn't find many reviews that weren't linked to the primary site, however, the diet is based entirely around whole foods, and their diet theory interests me...I'm considering trying thier 11-day plan in hopes it gives me the added motivation of trying something new for awhile. Anyone have imput?

You might also want to look into carba-nada pasta. It's lower cal/carb and higher protien. Plus a serving size is 1 1/2 C! I think you can only order it online. Here's a link to a site that sells it with a $5 flat shipping rate:

This is driving me CRAZY!
an00bis - What kind of Greek yogurt are you buying??? I've found plenty with around 130cals or less, but the protein is usually closer to 9 grams. Which brand is packing in 23grams? I want in on that!!
