Since my last visit I have gained weight. I am ready to try again. My starting weight at this time is 230 pounds. I would like my goal weight to be 170 pounds. Therefore, I need to loose 60 pounds.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
