Wow, instead of going the right direction in my efforts to be at a healthy weight, this long 4th of July weekend took me rapidly in the wrong direction. Between the BBQ's and Birthday dinners, I gained 6+ lbs this weekend. This is in addition to the previous travel to FL a couple of weeks ago. OK, no fooling around. Tracking and control will be the mantra. I have to get back to the good life style habits and awareness of what is being consumed that I learned in the Prevent T2 class.

I will report back in a week with my results.
