• Back Squat Bench 4 x 10 60% to MAX • Supersets: 4 Rounds • KB Squat Jumps 10x • DB Lunges 20x • Abs 20x • 15 Cals Assault/Rowing Finish: 3 sets • Hamstring Roller Pulls 15-20x • DB RDLs 10-15x
