I am doing really good at getting my water drank everyday. I also drink things that aren't good for me, but I drink so much water that it is not as often. I have also joined a not chips or fries challenge. I thought it started on Friday, but I guess it started yesterday. I forgot last night and while stressed out about my job I got dinner at Burger King last night and didn't ask if I could get a salad instead and ate fries to feel better. I did feel better. My stress was lessened. I really need to find a better stress reliever!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I think taking fries out of one's diet is like ripping handfuls of hair out. LOL Good luck, though! I've noticed I've been super-stressed, lately, and eating has made me feel better. I hate that.
