Fell off the wagon a bit there for a while. Hit 167/168 2 weeks ago. Just got back to town Sunday night from 7 days of snowboarding. Lost the weight that I gained (fluctuating between 160-162.5 right now) plus and inch off my belly and hips! Starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tomorrow. (Won't be able to do it Thursdays/Fridays so it'll take me longer than 30 days.)
