Today is day one of a family challenge weight loss contest. Of course, I'm sick with an annoying head cold. Am hoping to bounce back quicker thanks to the fruits and veggies. But at the moment, am very low energy, with constantly dripping nose. Ate three oranges for breakfast along with 2 cups of green tea. Lunch will be at the Wegmans salad bar. Need to grocery shop but don't really feel like venturing out. Maybe a nap first...
