I only exercised twice last week and this is the week I think birth control pills bloat me a little bit. Not real worried, especially since body fat percentage is down. We'll have to see next week...
124.4 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
