First post. Been on a journey for the past year and a half. Started at 265. Now at 206. Began with health issues with sugar and insulin resistance and made me realize I have to be better.
Don’t wait till something happens to start!! My doctor and I have a plan and we work with it. Strive to lose, if needed, at a slower rate to keep it off and be healthy while doing it!! 1-2 lbs a month.
Eating healthier. Feel great. Sugar issues are so much better. Loving life at 51!!!
206.5 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

That is great. You have lost a lot. Nothing wrong with slow as you learn good strategies for yourself!!!!
