Dang Birthday Dinner for my bride yesterday. I tried to control my intake, but the food and beer were so good ... I tracked it all, and it didnt seem too high compared to my daily goal, but gain of 4 lbs. might be some water weight there as I drank about 150 ozs during the course of the day.
