After gong to the gym 5 days a week for 5 weeks I finally see a difference on the scale. But only after I have limited my calories and stayed away from alcohol for a week. Guess if I want to loose weight more significant lifestyle changes are required. I have to consider what is sustainable for me.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
