WEll,having a sedentary life and having mimimal of food also well,into depression .lack of energy .demotivational thought.Life not easy.May be more 10 years into life.Difficult to get past 71.9 kg will i ever just 1.4 kg may be but that's very tough to achieve .need to Ride cycle everyday for 1 month .But theoriticall that possible but need motivation also can't belive in 2013 2014 2015 i rode cycle nearly everyday and lost a considerable amount of weight so thin i was that time.oh my god.
