Hasn't gone higher! I think I've peaked now. Eorking on the real plan to start reducing the weight. Made better decisions the last couple of days. Started the food diary again.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
