Well--a week of a few indiscretions added up to not to shabby! How much could I have lost if I had been to the gym everyday and not had chili cheese fries, pizza, a meatball sub and onion rings? Fortunately all of my cheating happens earlier in the day, so I have time to work it off--but what if I was actually working off the crap I already have instead of doing damage control? I plan on making this the week to find out...
242.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That will be exciting! Keep up those great workouts, and trade the "crap" for yummy healthy food and that scale will show amazing things!
