Oh my gosh, YES! I had TWO drinks with friends last night AND half a small plate of baked macaroni and cheese and I still lost a pound! I was super diligent the whole day - I didn't stray from my bar for breakfast and bar for lunch (although I never do), didn't have any Snacks because I knew I'd be indulging later and didn't have a bite to eat once I got home. That definitely made the effects of the drinks a lot stronger ... :-) ... but I went down! Now, to cleanse today or to not cleanse today. Am possibly having lunch with a guy (meaning he knows nothing about diets) so maybe I should cleanse tomorrow.
