What is happening bit sedentary life inspite of eating a less rice only 120 gm marginal increase of weight 900 gm approx increase.Why starving my self eating less than 2000 calories per day still 120 gm rice whole day lunch dinner 60 gm 60 gm .Breakast some stuff made of grain of flour or so.Mostly i am confined to bed and doing internet occasional ride cycle .Will i ever reach 71.8 kg margin my target .well reahed last year july month and gained later.how difficult is to reduced. Cann't believe i was 61.5 kg at 1 point.remember how hard work i had done that time.Difficult to replicate here.that was a worse point of my life .doign same and again gaining weight what the use.
