The last few days have been interesting. I feel like I am putting on weight because I have been eating poorly but the scale keeps dropping slowly. I am not sure what to make of it because there seems to be no reason to it. I know I ate way more than 2400 calories on Tuesday and Wednesday but it still dropped. I guess there is a metabolic shift happening or something.
