Well, I appear to be going backwards, but still am at a weight that I feel good at, weighing less than I have since somewhere around 2000. It's hard to stay focused for those last few pounds when there are special days to celebrate, surgeries to undergo, people to entertain. Yet I know that many of you fellow dieters on this challenge have far more going on than me, but hang in there. I do feel strongly that I'll get to my goal, but just not before the end of this challenge I'll go back to using my motivating mantras, eating very light lunches, and Lord save me from wine!
127.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
