I didn't even work out yesterday, I managed to lose almost 1/2 a pound. That's pretty cool. Well, my friend and her family are coming back today, so I had ALOT of loading and unloading of my stuff to do this morning.. so we're completely vacated from their house, and back home. I do plan on working out maybe when Owen's sleeping for his afternoon nap, or when he goes to sleep tonight. I dunno why, but it feels like I was able to workout more comfortably at my friend's house than here.. Go figure.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
