feeling a little better today i have to i need a goal 125 lbs by sept 1 not doing good at all i feel flabby and really fat ultimate goal will be by next summer to firm up as soon as i can remember my paypal password im getting the app for abs that will help wii for 32 minutes 111 calories burned winter will be here soon i like the bead making i guess we are having company saturday nite the challenge is finding nice beads cheap cant wait til pay day so i can bake stuff
127.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
