Officially started today. I did Insanity Fitness test + 20 mins of cardio.

40 Power Jacks
63 L-side Knees
39 Non-impact Squats
13 Combo Lunges
10 Plank and Up
15 Push-up (3 full/ 12 modified)
16 Plank knee to elbow
219.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
