Happy New Year! Well -- i'm afraid i haven't made much progress this year! I'm going to put a positive spin on that one and realize that I am very good at *maintaining* my weight. Now, the next step is to start actually losing weight! :)
Although I am officially on Calorie Count, I am going to try combining it with Atkins. There is no reason Atkins HAS to be high cal - I am going to do two weeks of hard core Atkins, while watching the calories, and see what happens....if it works and i feel comfortable with it, i'll stick with it. Otherwise, I'll adjust a bit.
The other thing I am going to do is walk every day. Every day. For 30 minutes. It's the only exercise I get so it's important.
