The low-carb/no-carb, eat this/don't eat that thing was driving me crazy - just going to the grocery store was beginning to make me anxious. You read so much stuff and it's so contradictory and i just couldn't deal with it any more. Atkins/low carb works for me but i was hating it. I'm just going to try and eat less - i don't eat badly, but i do like a piece of toast every now and then - anyway, i know this will be easier to stick to, because i don't binge, i don't like sweets and desserts - my only real sins are pasta and wine - I'm going to try it for a while and see what happens. I'm also going to stop perseverating about my weight. I am 5'6'' tall and i weight (today) 159 pounds - I'm a size 12, sometimes 10 - reasonably well distributed. I'm going to work on accepting that.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
