49.2% water

I have eaten lots of salt and slacked on lots of water. Do water doesn't surprise me. Otherwise like the numbers, don't understand huge fluctuations.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
