wow up again after the holidays. here I go again. new exercise plan, rob is my exercise buddy. 30 day shred and y to begin. I also have to cook.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
