I've been better about recording what I have eaten, even if I haven't been eating the right things. My Diabetes education program starts on Aug. 12th. I am sure that I am going to learn a lot about what I should be eating.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
