Body weight going up slightly after a long weekend of drinking and not watching what I ate. When in Rome, right? BF% still dropping and heading to another gym in the AM to follow a trainer that I believe can help me get where I need to be. 18 days to goal (275). Wish me luck!
287.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
