well it wasn't all bad dieting, I only had a few unbridled days in London where it was just too hard to organize the when and what of my meals, still managed to lose some weight because of all the walking.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
