Pretty good day yesterday. The late dinner with work and a supplier never helps. As I have said before, I never know for sure about the calorie counts when I eat out for dinner. Oh well, this is not science.

I had to laugh this morning. The scale flashed a number that would have had me losing 6 pounds, but then settled on the exact same weight I have had for a week.

Not sure what is causing the stutter in the weight loss ... any ideas?
224.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
