I feel great!, I exercised today on the Wii and feel even more energized, I started yesterday and already lost 3lbs in one day! must be water, anyway its weight loss! be blessed, and lets keep our eyes on our prize!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can you replace your iceberg lettuce with Romaine or another dark leafy lettuce? That would give you a lot more protein, slightly more fat, and slightly less carbs. And of course, romaine lettuce has more nutrients than iceberg. And, be sure and have some variety in your foods so you don't get bored! Have you checked out the Atkins free 2 week meal planner on their website? Really good ideas to keep you satisfied and enjoying the whole process. You're doing great!

I just started off with what I know! in week two I plan on changing up my menu, as i get the hang of it! Im only in Day 2, quick question, can we exercise in phase 1?

If you are already used to exercising, there shouldn't be any problems but I would start anything new for the first few weeks til you are completly done w/ inductions flu.
