a week off work and the weight is creeping back on. it's so much easier when you are busy at work and don't have the opportunity to snack or eat 'nice' food. I had fish and chips with a glass of wine last night. it was very good 😊
156.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
