Well...What can I say...went to brunch with my Mom - got a 550 cal omelet with 260 breakfast potatoes.I didn't think that was too bad. Didn't eat again until dinner -went to the club had a thin (maybe 5 ounce) piece of prime rib (I cut off all the fat I could find), had a 1/2 of a baked potato (but that was still about 7 ounces) loaded it (bowing head in shame) with sour cream, butter, scallions, bacon, cheese and had some green beans (they were a bit oily) and a salad with (bowing head again) with bacon and cheese and Greek dressing. And oh - let us not forget the 4 glasses of wine. oh well - you gotta live a little right? LOL
133.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
