Well, I feel rather fat today. I'm really hoping I can lose the weight soon! I miss being able to fit into my jeans and having them slightly loose and not having my clothes so tight on me. I still have about a month to do it, but it's very hard on the social life.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if it makes you feel any better i am feeling the same way. i stepped on the scale today and the two pounds i shed last week are back up there. i am hoping it is just from being a lady and that time of the month. i guess all we can do is focus on new goals and mine is to work out every day this week, and not pig out on the weekends!
