Going pretty strong. Exercising about twice a week and keeping calories down. I had a few nights this week with high calories and alcohol. The alcohol felt pretty bad. I need to really limit that.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
