Pretty good weekend. I went a bit over on Saturday, but not a lot. No weight gain or loss since last Wed or so ... but I just need to stick with the program!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
