Start eating healthy foods, drop weight! Yay!

I dedicate this pound to my wife for being dedicated to her eating and fitness plan and losing 8 lbs in a week! Inspiring!
247.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
