OK - I totally went off plan for a while there.. I have been finishing up a course of antibiotics that have not reacted well with me (yay vomiting) so I kind of lost track of keeping my food on plan.

I am back at it today though since the Antibiotics are all done (YAY!)

Had a slice of Wasa Hearty with 1/4cup egg beaters for breakfast, drinking my water and staying the course...

I have been doing P90X as well. I did skip one really bad day there but I just did it the next day and will keep going from there. Tonight I have to do Kenpo. Exercise is sooooo boring lol... I hope it will be worth the effort.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
