I took a week off from recording my food. I had been on a plateau for 2 weeks. I was working out, eating right, staying within my calories and still was not loosing weight. I stayed focused on eating well and took up the motto: eat healthy and get moving. I lost weight this week! I will start to record again because I know what will happen to me if I don't. I've been down that road before. I feel good today, like I might actually be able to do it this time.
287.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 127.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 July 2010:
