Well after 3 weeks I finally have a loss of more than a pound. I still am upset cause I know that if I would have went to the gym I would've had a even better number. I have only exercised TWICE this month. I really hate that I fall out of wanting to go to the gym. I have no problems in saying that I will go it's getting there that's the issue. I brought my gym clothes with me to work and I am looking forward to my spin class in the morning. I decied that I am going to try to go to the gym after work. i just know that it is too hard for me to get up before work and once I get home I know I'm not going. If i stick to this plan i will work out at least 4 days a week. My goal for this week is to hit it hard and go to the gym at least 4 days. i would love to loose 4 lbs and get out of the 220's.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know exactly how you feel with the whole saying you are going to work out and then not do it and with staying the same weight even though you are watching what you eat. I have no excuses for NOT working out, I just dont ever seem to make myself do it and that has to change. You can do it, I can do it, we just have to do it. Easier said than done for sure, just know you are not alone in how you feel!!!

I am gilty of it too, I just get out of working out. I know its a habit I need to work on fixing as well! Sounds like you are doing a great job at taking charge, and getting your butt to the gym :] Its funny how we get to know ourseleve and figure out how we have to get into doing different things LOL Hope you have a great day at your class!!

Thanks ladies your words really do help. I had a great spin class on Monday and I feel like it really helped to push me back to the gym. I brought my clothes with me again so I am ready after work. =) We can do this.
