Hey everyone my name is Amy. I have been over weight since I was 8 years old. I have lost weight so many times but I have always gained it back. I haven't been under 200 lbs since I was 20. I told myself that I am not on a diet I am just going to eat better and actually use my gym membership. I need all the help that I can get so if you all have any tips please send them my way. Good luck to everyone on their journey.

What to do on Graveyard Shifts????
I work 11pm to 7am four nights a week. The schedule that works for me is:

Sleep 12:30pm - 8pm
Gym 9:30- 10:15 pm
Breakfast 12am
Lunch 4am
Dinner 10am

I also try to have a snack or two between meals. This has been working really well for me and I have been able to loose wieght every week. I hope this helps.
