I'm pleased to report a 1.5 pound loss! =) I think I figured out what part of my problem was on Monday... I didn't go work out! I haven't worked out in about a week and am thinking that was part of the reason I was lacking so much energy on Monday, and why I wanted to eat from boredom! I found myself feeling the same way last night. After laying on the couch for about a half hour, I finally decided to take Cierra and I to the gym. I'm glad I did! I felt like I wasn't wasting my evening that way.
For some reason I've felt a lacking of something to look forward to. Maybe I need to plan something exciting to do over the weekend. Maybe take our canoe to a local lake.
232.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GREAT JOB!! Sounds like a fun time, canoing! Think I'll hold off till tomorrow to check my weight after all the sodium yesterday. Keep on truckin'! :)

I'm sure you're right about the low energy levels.. Our bodies get used to things like working out, then they need it! It has always amazed me how tired you can get from a good workout, yet still be energized! Canoing sounds like so much fun.... Hope it works out for you to go. Have a good week!
