Yesterday was easier than I thought is was going to be... I expected the 4th of July inside my belly, but I actually had no side affects... I was not that hungry, my bloodsugar was in good shape, and I was not running to the bathroom all day...

In one week, I've lost 10 pounds... Not bad...

Today I get to eat!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
