Yesterday was a terrible day for me. I ate 2 cones of ice cream, an ice cream sandwich, a huge block of mozzarella cheese, and other additional terrible things, in addition to what I had consumed earlier in the day. I keep binge eating, and I'm hoping this will help me.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
