feeling a little better today, been a rough week....did a bake sale all morning didnt touch a thing but man was it tempting. I wonder why im doing this to myself during Christams but hey i want to wear a bikini next year when my husband comes home from Afghanistan.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
