Have been way out of control on the amount of carbs I'm eating. 200 cals on average over goal amount, though still less than amount of calories burned with the exception of one day. Right on for protein and fat goals.
working on the exercise portion - more difficult post-op than anticipated. Doing fabulous on water intake.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
