staying commited and working out as much as i can (daily). still eating healthy options and staying away from fried/greasy food. i am now down to a 34 pants (the smallest ive been since a child). im focused and motivated by these results.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
